FINALLY Tina Fey looks decent on the red carpet! This year at the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards, Tina Fey showed up in a gorgeous, red lace Oscar De La Renta gown. The 30 rock actress is usually on the worst dress list but this year I was pleasantly surprised!
